Regulation (EU) 305/2011 CPR

Regulation (EU) № 305/2011 on construction products entered into force on 1 July 2013. This document has replaced the Directive 89/106 EEC (Construction Products Directive - CPD). The Regulation establishes the conditions for providing or ensuring the availability of construction materials on the EU market by establishing agreed rules for assessing the quality of construction products, their main characteristics and the use of CE labeling for such products, and establishes certain methods of conformity assessment, verification and assessment parameters of construction equipment and products.

Products placed on the EU market before 1 July 2013 will be considered as complying with Regulation №305/2011 on the basis of documents confirming compliance with the requirements of Directive 89/106/EEC.
