Thisguidance presents the system of national regulation of the circulation of chemical products in Ukraine, as well as general higher legislation (Laws of Ukraine) and by-laws that regulate a particular chemical sector of the economy.
The guidance highlights administrative and practical processes, such as: state reglamentation and registration of dangerous factors, pesticides and agrochemicals, determination of OELs, licensing of economic activities, hazard classification and labeling, as well as the state of implementation of major international legal instruments which regulate production and circulation of hazardous chemicals in Ukraine in 2015.
