This guidance presents the basic procedures and requirements of sectoral EU legislation governing a particular type of chemical and related non-food products, namely: BPR Regulation (EC) 528/2012 (on the regulation of the placing on the market of biocides), Regulation (EC) 2003/2003 (on quality and safety requirements for mineral fertilizers), Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 (on detergents) and Regulation (EC) 305/20 (on construction products).
The guidance is intended for use by professionals of enterprises and companies, as well as for other stakeholders.
